"One of the best Japanese grill I have ever tried in San Francisco. I came at soft opining yesterday with my friends ! We got amazed 'foods are super tasty ! My favorites are grilled oysters and scallops. Highly recommend for meats lovers seafood lovers. They got 7 different flavors! Spicy non spicy you name it! Hands down for Cajun ! Totally worth to check it out!!"

"If you like creative roles, this is the sushi place for you. Surrounded by the card dealers on Broadway car series, this neighborhood venue is a great mix of good quality fish, local sachet and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I stayed on pretty traditional roles and nigiri, all well prepared. The only creative role I tried was the Shrek role that Yellowfin and Ahi Tuni played in a role with Tobiko and a lot of avocado. I usually like avocado with my roles, but it could have been a bit too much and it overwhelmed the fish a little. There is also a nice selection of desire to choose with many selections from Berkeley's Takara Sake. I tried several and found an unfiltered jacket that was really, very tasty."

"Absolutely amazing food served in a beautifully presentation amidst a charming, intimate setting. For covid safety reasons, they've put up plexiglass dividers which I honestly really enjoyed because it felt like we were in our own little world. Sushi Chef was amazing, great fish selections and presentation, and this was my first time having a female sushi chef, it was exciting to see!"

"I do not appreciate the lack of menu choices and the cook is not willing to meet the needs of its guest AT ALL. We made our reservation 3 months in advance. At this time I took note of my food allergies/aversions. 1. No paprika, 2. No shellfish. With three months warning, I felt like the cook could have arranged an alternative for me. But no, three of the eight courses came with raw and/or damped shellfish. Instead of offering me an alternative protein, subtractions were simply made from my dishes. When I paid the full price, I found it unacceptable. The soya dish was blazing, but the food was otherwise fantastic. My partner enjoyed his mussels. The service is excellent and her sommelier was a pleasure. We won't come back here."
