"1st time I have eaten here and I loved it! Terry and I took Mom and Pop Jones for Lunch after Sunday service. Our waitress was so very kind!! She got our whole order correct and kept our glasses full even though they we so busy for Mother's Day!! I would recommend the Fillet cooked medium and it is perfect!! Forgot to take Mother's Day pictures!! ??"

"Update: Tropical Smoothie Cafe customer service requested that I explain the situation on their website. I did what they asked and to my surprise I received a letter from them apologizing. Will now give them another try. My husband and I went on opening day during their 3pm to 5pm all smoothies for$1.99. Well, we were charged the regular price of $5.49 each. When I asked about, the young lady I asked went and got someone else. A young man, who I am assuming was the manager, came over and acknowledged that the error was theirs and he apologized. However, he could not refund any money I was overcharged. Instead he gave me coupons for what he explained was a deal, a 99¢ smoothie on our next visit. That would have been great but to get the 99¢ smoothie you have to purchase a sandwich, wrap, or salad. I would have preferred my money back because this is just a push to get people to buy more. And the smoothies weren't that good."

"Make reservations! the Bison file was so delicate, the taste was amazing, a must try! 9 oz sirloin, cooked on a perfect medium, delicate and juicy. brussel sprouts and bacon were perfection! great sweet potato. the drinks, I had a pink diamond, were great! the bar staff and the waitress were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back!"

"I'm not sure to why your food is always severely over salted. Whoever seasons your food should be fired. It has been this bad for months. We were hoping it changed hence why we ordered tonight but nope. We will not be ordering anymore food from there. Why not just barley salt it and let people season there own food. Only thing perfect in tonight's meal was the rice. The beans were severely over salted, the sopapillas were very crunchy and very close to burnt."

"We had very bad experiences in different chili's, so my expectations were low. That was our first time we eat at this place. We arrived at a Saturday night at 730. It was very busy, but we sat within 10 minutes. Our server was amazing; I really wish I got his name. We talked and compared our matching rings. I know that the kitchen also makes delivery orders, so I expected to wait a while for our food. I ordered the seasonal catchtastic margarita and it was in a flash. It was made perfect! Our food was very fast and everything was just as ordered. The food runner even stopped asking if we needed something else. The chicken teeth of my partner were delicious and my burger was so delicious! We really wanted to stay for Dessert, but we were too full. The service was a breath of fresh air and we will return!"

"This place was recommended to me by someone I talked to in the airport. I decided to order the pot roast, mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. It was good but overly salted. The potatoes were super salty along with the gravy. I also order water all the time when I eat, there was no bottle water to order and I'm not from the area and didn't know that the water and anything made with it was going to taste like oil and gas. I ordered a lemonade, same thing. I finally decided on a glass of wine because i needed something to drink to wash down the salt. So if you are just visiting I would bring bottles of water with you to any restaurants. I loved the names that some of the food was named. I thought that was different."
