Our server Logan was awesome! We didn't have to ask for anything at all. He made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner and was so polite and kind. He checked on us several times. Having Logan as our server made the whole experience very enjoyable. The best server we have ever had at a restaurant. Very very pleased with our visit. We visit Chili's at least two times a week and the food and service is usually great. But this time the service sucked. Our food took 35 minutes to cook. About 10-12 minutes longer than normal. When we got our food it was cold on some items and burnt onothers. The manager, Cassie, took care of us and apologized for our problems. It must've just been an off night for them.
