"Wir kommen regelmäßig ins Gran Sasso weil uns die Karte sehr gut gefällt und auch die freundliche Bedienung immer wieder sehr herzlich ist. Wir kommen bei all den Gerichten auf der Karte oder auch "Zusatz Karte" auf unsere Kosten: ein Gaumenschmaus! Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und deswegen steht die Freundlichkeit an oberster Stelle! Ob mit einem leckeren Salat als "Starter" oder auch direkt die Pasta oder Pizza... einfach perfekt und wir kommen seit über 15 Jahren immer wieder, und das fast 2 mal im Monat.. die Dachterrasse ist sehr idyllisch und läd zum Verweilen ein. Als Abschluss trinke ich gerne einen Grappa und natürlich darf die Zabaione nicht fehlen... selbst gemacht vom Papa....;) herzlichen Dank für den schönen Abend gestern... liebe Grüße Katja und Andreas aus Mainz..;) wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder auf unseren nächsten Besuch."

"Det skal siges med de samme - der var et par af tjenerne, som var både venlige og imødekommende. Men spisekortet er begrænset og bærer så vidt det kan bedømmes præg af at være indrettet på restauranter i en hotelkæde. Den første aften vi spiste på hotellet spurgte vi, at man ikke godt kunne få hvide asparges, som jo er en stor delikatesse i resten af Tyskland. Men nej - man var henvist udelukkende til menukortet! Men hotellet dispenserede selv fra denne regel, da man en aften suspenderede menukortet og serverede en i øvrigt meget ringe buffet, hvor alle forretterne allerede var væk ved 19-tiden. Det kunne jo være fordi, de var de bedste.Fra spisekortet kan rib eye steak'en anbefales, det var faktisk godt kød, men serveringen tog en evighed."

"We had a special event dinner at the burg klopp and I was very impressed. we went up from the NH hotel and the ascent to the castle almost killed some of the party. They served gluh wine on the (very cold)...terrace with views over the city and then an excellent 3-course buffet. that was not the standard service, as the company has booked the whole restaurant, but I was impressed by eating. I am a fisherman and the offered options were excellent. acoustic it is painful to be in a room with 80 people who speak at once, but that is to be expected. it is a beautiful old building with fantastic view."
