Det skal siges med de samme - der var et par af tjenerne, som var både venlige og imødekommende. Men spisekortet er begrænset og bærer så vidt det kan bedømmes præg af at være indrettet på restauranter i en hotelkæde. Den første aften vi spiste på hotellet spurgte vi, at man ikke godt kunne få hvide asparges, som jo er en stor delikatesse i resten af Tyskland. Men nej - man var henvist udelukkende til menukortet!
