"Great range of fresh food -particularly go for the wok and grillade, where you can pile on the protein and have it quickly and freshly cooked, at whatever level of piquancy as you desire. A Chinese beer goes well with the meal and go hungry,...as you can eat as much as you want. 12 euros a bargain for Mon-Thursday but pricier 18 euros at the weekend -but still worth it. They might even offer you a glass of saki on leaving!"

"Arrived at lunchtime (13.10) family 2 adults 2 boys. The terrace was busy but there were at least 10 tables inside. Upon asking about the terrace we were simply told there are no tables it’s all full. Upon observing that there appeared to be plenty...of tables available the hostess told us the wee all booked in the most curt and unfriendly manner imaginable. This was clearly untrue and there was an ulterior motive for a)refusing us a table and b)being so rude. If you cannot/do not want to serve a prospective guest, there are many ways of getting rid of them in a friendly and agreeable manner. These folk don’t appear to know this."

"A very good place to eat at noon! A simple brewery without chichi. Menu from the day of this noon to 17 euros . Faux filet et café gourmand. A very good value for money, the false net was really tender and excellent. A good pair of Vendée IAPs! I'll be back when I pass to castnay."

"La paillote is hidden in a quiet, pretty interior behind fontenays main street. it has a tropical theme. the menu is very extensive, but their jackenkartoffeln (most dishes are served) are delicious and come with the lashes of a herby garlicky butter. dishes. are light spicy and the prawn brochette are delicious. pleasant meal average price, wein very decent for house and most great decor (can be viewed as guady but still fun)."

"During this crisis, restaurants are open and take all necessary measures to serve the customers to their best. eating was very satisfying. the lunch menu I took was perfectly designed to fill us. my friends took burger, who were also good....The starter “salade terre et mer” was especially amazing for me."
