"I ordered pizza online to deliver at 5:45-6 pm windows and got a confirmation message. I called her at 18:05 to check where our order is and was told that it will come very soon. at 18:30 it wasn't here yet. After I called her again, I was told that they were very busy and our order was still in the kitchen to deliver. my children were very hungry at this point and have to eat something very soon so that I canceled the order. we had to eat at another place, but they said the delivery came at our place around 19:05. terrible service, she'll never use again."

"Great food at this semi-hole in the wall place. Got the Tragically hip burger- soooo good! Large pattie, filled me right up. Other friends got the mac and cheese and poutine. They gave good feedback. Kinda dead inside and tv's were playing instead of music for half the time there, but i'd be back if I needed some pub food and to chill."

"Pricey but well worth it. You can get a good steak anywhere but this is a unique experience i say it's a must do in Banff! We had the complete fondue dinner it was so tasty. Started with house salad, the the cheese fondue with bread, seafood trio and beef+lobster on hot rock, finished with chocolate fondue with fruit and wafer cookies. Everything tasted delicious had to remind myself to save room for the next course. The main course is a bit small but with the other courses left perfectly satisfied."

"We enjoyed the beautiful view, but were disappointed with the meal. This is a highly rated restaurant with a good menu selection. One of us had a rack of lamb that was fair and had the other Halibut that was over boiled and dry. The waitress was nice enough to take the Halibut out of the bill."

"We had a coke and two coffees with 2 dozen wings. Now it says barbecue outside so I wasn’t expecting deep fried, no seasoning, no batter, no love. When I elected to pay no tip on exit, they didn’t even ask why? I suspect the staff know it’s crap too…."
