"What a wonderful meal! We had blackened shrimp and grits that were cheesy and had just enough spice, a hearty brunch burger melt, and tried a biscuit and gravy that smashed all of my expectations. We will be back!"

"We were in from out of town Saturday (9-23-2023) decided to give this place a try.. Nice place, clean, friendly employees smelled delicious. We had the Brisket Double Smash Burgers were they were excellent. I smoke a lot of food at home am usually disappointed with most BBQ restaurants we check out, but we will come back to Slow Hand again because now I want to try everything. Good job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"WOW! We were in Jim's Steakhouse (also amazing! and we thought we would try Jim's Bistro. It was recommended by a friend, and the burgers were suggested. OMG. I don't think I can ever order a burger somewhere else that had so amazing taste! They grind their own flesh! I ordered a mushroom Swiss who was the best burger I ever had. For an appetizer, don't skip the Calamari. Order both the marinara and the sweet sauce. They were both so good. I never call the roles when I write a review. But... I think the boss's hand just made it for us. And I think the grandmother of the cook must have a family home recipe. Only the perfect hint is sweet. Perfect texture. The drinks were poured into the old school. They were also delicious. We come back and can't wait to try the steaks. What a great place."

"Tried it out because we were in the area. Decided to try the sampler, a portion of all 5 of their meats, 2 cornbreads with maple butter and 3 sides for 38 bucks. A little pricey, but a lot of food. I didn't really see any other combo selections or meal deals on the menu. Saw sandwiches, a la carte items, drinks. Maybe I overlooked it. Got our food fast, but they had just run out of mac and cheese. Got coleslaw, sweet potato casserole, and baked beans. Nice place with neat atmosphere. Not a lot of dining area. 5 sauces to try, all really good with a couple unique ones. Sweet, spicy, mustard, coffee and a pineapple. Jer didn't care for the baked beans, but I really liked their tangy flavor. Bread and butter was yummy, sweet potato casserole and coleslaw really good. Meats were flavorful smoked, but the brisket was a bit salty. Pulled pork was our favorite. Chicken was a quarter, not off the bone but tasty. Sausage great, Ribs were good. Compared to other places, we felt like we really had to work for our food, getting it off the bone and such. I guess places we've been before, we've picked our meats, and we never get ribs. Just too much work! Overall, good food, pleasant experience, but we feel we've had better for less money. We did bring leftovers home, though, but a slightly smaller choice of maybe 2 meat choices would have been better I think. Glad we had the chance to try them out, we certainly weren't sorry that we went!"
