"Soul Kitchen Cafe is full of yummy vegan food. Cakes, wraps, a hot dish of the day, salads, fruits, smoothies! I have been there twice and the food was fantastic and the coffee excellent. My brother had a berry smoothie and loved it. I highly recommend it. It's also gluten free!"

"We were going to go to York Street Kitchen for sandwiches but it was too busy but this is a pretty good place to get sandwiches too. The server was really friendly and efficient - as we told her we had a show to see and needed to leave fairly quickly. I had the turkey sandwich with cranberry mayo - it was very good. My partner had the chicken panini and it was also very good. The salad that came with the sandwiches had fresh vegetables and variety - that was very nice. Will have to go back and try their burgers."

"Can't wait for our next trip , menu was great for those with allergies and who like wholefoods. Great service lovely setting and cocowhip and raw choc brownie were yummy. Can't wait for our next visit everyone very happy, food excellent and fabulous service ."

"There are now two Sushidos, one at Piccones shopping centre, Brinsmead and one near the airport. This review is about the Piccones shop. The cafe serves a variety of hot meals as well as a good array of fresh and enticing sushi rolls.Hot meals include okinomiyaki, katsu don, kaarage chicken and a range of noodles and curries. We shared the first three items on a recent visit and found them all to be extremely tasty and authentic. This is not a restaurant you go to for ambience - however it does have a lovely feel and the food is wonderful. Food prices do not change in the evenings making it an affordable dinner out. Sushido is a good Japanese option in the suburbs."

"Probably one of the more expensive cafes on Anderson St. But great coffee and awesome food. Bliss balls are awesome. I have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend the peanut butter smoothie"

"I cannot believe after going here for about 7/8 years that I have to say - I WILL NEVER RETURN. Went with a group of 5 people last Sunday night - the waitress we happened to get is unfortunately one of the rudest waitressess - can't even smile or be nice - which is a shame. So we all sit down - drinks take forever, water takes forever, she takes our order and another 4 or so tables come in and they all get their food b4 we do....finally the waitress brings out entrees, one of them we explain to her we didn't order, she just looks at us blankly and says nothing - so whatever we accept it. Then main meals come out - I specifically asked for my red curry to have no tofu and that I would like it with med to hot chilli - hardly any chilli and lots of tofu (I have been ordering the same dish here for over 5 years) You would think that they may know it by now. Anyways I started eating it and then thought, bugger, I called her over and explained could I please have it without the tofu and with med-hot chilli...she rudely took it away and came back with another dish about 5 mins later with no tofu but also no chilli - I gave up and ate half of it. I went to pay the bill and the owner knows us quite well, I explained to him that my dish was not satisfactory, he said oh you have to order with no tofu...I explained to him that I did ask for no tofu - basically at this point I am talking to a complete starnger and might as well be a brick wall. So arrogant and unhelpful and yet we have recommended this place to so many friends and family!! UNBELIEVABLE....I said to him after the same conversation went around for a few minutes - you are the owner are you not? He said yes - I said ok, well I am giving you feedback as a loyal customer - are you not interested or understanding what I am saying here - basically couldn't care and ignored my comments - I paid and he said see you next time - I said ummnn I dont think so buddy - we will never come back here again - I also explained to him how rude the waitress was to all of us at the table - he ignored this also. What is wrong with people - honestly...my curry was so runny and it used to be thick and creamy.....like watered down dishwater."
