We had sushi and a teriyaki plate for dinner, it was beautiful. The salad that it came with was so good my daughter bought a bowl of it on it's own to eat and she's only 10 so that's saying something. The staff are so friendly and happy, it really made our experience not just good but great. It is obviously a favourite place for the locals too as there were plenty of people in and out buying their dinner. View all feedback.
I go here every week. The food is fresh and always happy smiling service. Prices are good too. I recommend the salmon miso soup
There are now two Sushidos, one at Piccones shopping centre, Brinsmead and one near the airport. This review is about the Piccones shop. The cafe serves a variety of hot meals as well as a good array of fresh and enticing sushi rolls.Hot meals include okinomiyaki, katsu don, kaarage chicken and a range of noodles and curries. We shared the first three items on a recent visit and found them all to be extremely tasty and authentic. This is not a restaurant you go to for ambience - however it does have a lovely feel and the food is wonderful. Food prices do not change in the evenings making it an affordable dinner out. Sushido is a good Japanese option in the suburbs.
Only just spotted this place near airport. To access if you are coming from the city you must pass airport turnoff and turn right into the access road just after to get there . Worth the effort - typical Japanese nosh house with pretty good food. Gota try there Okonomiyaki next time I stop by.

We try to eat here when we go to the markets. The food has been good quality every time we go. Tempura is great and Karaage a good size with the crispy battered chicken. The salads change weekly and the eggs with patterns on are unique. The only problem is that there needs to be more seating and fans in Summer.
