"Very old fashioned place with senior citizen guests, probably without any worries about what things cost. Great staff and extensive beverage menu makes it worth a visit. We only had drinks (and indoor smoking! , so this rating is obviously based solely on that. I bet the hotel is pretty luxurious based on its magnificent location and lounge areas. Got rid of lots of SFR in a very short time ;"

"Nicely appointed traditional hotel restaurant. Food was quite good overall (excellent Rostis) sweet very disappointing, and reasonable value for region. Service was efficient but unfortunately not a very warm welcome they didn 't try to relate much to us (English) it was clearly a different story for the other Swiss German guests. "2 Rostis, 1 beer, 1 glass of wine 2 sweets cost us around £46 all in."

"Now three menus are offered in the evening, 3-5 courses at fair price. the classics were also retained on the new card. how had the wonderfully tender kalbstartar, the gently roasted salmon. after that homemade ravioli, rindsfilet rossini from puschlaver rind and mokkaparfait to dessert. quality and fresh are raised over any doubt, the preparation keeps every comparison standing. we're coming back!"

"I drive every year at least one to two times into the engadin to sils maria, and the restaurant stüva is one. the service has been the same for years and always friendly, also children are happy to be seen. the card is big and offers a great choice, but my favourite dinner is still the fine cordon bleus that are offered. top. until next time, always happy again and I am already happy."
