"We had a booking at 8pm, but front of house seated guests before us with later reservation times so we were left standing in a hallway for half an hour. Finally we were sat at a table next to the bar and they allowed 15 women either on a hen party or a reunion not the bar right near our table. I couldn't even hear what the waitress was saying. We order our food and an expensive bottle of red. Our food came.... but no wine. Our waitress seemed more interested in talking to the table next to us and serving beer and wine by the glass. Another 20 minutes later they brought us our wine. The food and the wine was good but the service was dreadful and unfortunately ruined the whole experience."

"I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the wrong order I received yesterday. I ordered a 10 inch pizza, amazing. I ordered 6 garlic parm wings yummy. I also ordered 6 Carolina reaper wings, bummer. I got buffalo. I didn't bother calling because I live pretty far and just finished a long day of work. However, I did call today, just now actually. I let the young lady on the phone know I got the wrong order. All she said was yeah they were supposed to be hot I'm sorry idk what happened. She sounded new so I left it at that. I expected some sort of hey we can just throw those in on this order or something since I paid for them. (Sounds like a stickler but I tip really well) so I just want what I pay for. Food is a 5 all day. Service to me was off. Will eat again !"

"We were craving pho....which for some reason doesn't exist in vail (business idea if you're looking!! so we settled on this joint for their undon noodle soup. Let me start by saying I understand it's not the same as pho. However the broth was sooooo salty. It was like it was made of soy sauce and nothing else. Some of the veggies tasted weird....like waxy weird. And worst of all the noodles were weird, think and chewy and they tasted like you put dry wheat in your mouth then threw in some soy sauce. We also had some edamame which was a little over cooked and didn't have enough salt. A random complaint given my review of the soup but still legit. The service was good and the place was cute. Someone should open up a pho place in vail. That's my best tip."
