"Super location with a pleasant outdoor area. Wonderful crab and snails. The service is fast and bearable. The only deception was the razor bowl, which were chewing and not very tasty."

"Not sure why this is the top rated restaurant in Comporta. The food was ok but pretty expensive. We had mussels and prawns to start (for the price you would expect the prawns to be deveined. They were also very overcooked). We had the razor...clam rice and sea bass to share as a main course. The rice was really tasty but the fish was battered but full of bones and still had its head and fins on. For over €40 for the one dish you would expect a bit more finesse. Service was slow and the starters did not arrive at the same time (about 7 minutes between the prawns coming out and then the mussels) Waitresses were very friendly but the waiter was pretty surly and abrupt. Not really worth the money."
