"If the sky is clear, it is well worth a visit to this restaurant at the top of the Weisshorn cable car. The service is efficient although not overly welcoming. However this reflects the popularity of the restuarant and the high demand for tables. The food though was of a high standard and the views are superb."

"One of four restaurants in the Alpltraumli stable. This one is at the bottom of the building, in a former hen house, with several quaint touches to remind you. Salads are kept cool by floating them in a water trough. We expected more poultry dishes than we were offered, and we struggled a bit to find something that appealed, but what we chose ultimately was perfectly good."

"A group of 11 people we visited this place for dinner. From the moment we walked in we were greeted as long time friends and felt very comfortable. The decor reminds you a little bit copenhagen and NOMA but more casual. The owners are enthusiastic...about their work and qre very keen to take you through a gastronomic experience. We shared several starters that all were very inspiring. The salad, sausages, trout, cous cous are some of the starters that stood out for originality, passion for food and taste. Switzerland is famous for its soups, but the soup here is something trully memorable. It is a statement on gastronomy and perfection. The artichoke hearts with dips was an amazi g touch and something that i will cherish for a long time. A big pan of grilled prawns marinated in rosemary, lemon and garlic alongside the argentinian entrecote grilled to perfection were the final touches. The meat was succulent ! Desert was a fresh touch of passion fruit sorbet with a chocolate gateaux. The wine list is very interesting and comprehensive and can suit several budgets. This place has put Arosa on the gastronomic map of switzerland and its a good reason to visit Arosa just for Bullrian. Qudos to this amazing project and looking forward to go back soon. Solotsopa"

"Ohne die SitHütte würde etwas wichtiges fehlen in Arosa! Endlich eine Hütte mit gutem Sound! Super leckeres Essen (meine Favoriten: Burger, Freeride Salat, Vegi Nuggets & Brownies- ) Alles frisch und aus der Region und jedes Jahr etwas Neues!Man merkt das die Hütte sehr innovativ ist und es wird auch etwas für die Umwelt getan (keine Plastikflaschen, etc.) Super! Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und aufgestellt auch bei Hochsaison über Mittagszeit!Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch"

"Das Restaurant ist gemütlich. Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend (wahrscheinlich Chefin persönlich!). Wir waren hier zu 4-iert. 2 Thai, 1x schweizerisch und 1x Salat. Das Essen wurde relativ schnell serviert (wir waren aber auch die einzigen!) und war auch sehr gut und schön dekoriert. Die Portionen eher klein. Das Thai und der Salat sind im Preis noch relativ ok, doch das "Gordon Bleu" war um mind. Fr. 10.-- überteuert."
