"Our waitress was friendly but after we ordered appetizers, she brought us plates but no utensils. We had to flag another waiter and told him only to still be waiting while our apps are getting cold. Flagged another waiter down and he rushed to get us some napkins and silverware. He did apologize. Then I ordered a mini veggie pizza specifically with no tomatoes. She brought my pizza with tomatoes on it. I didn’t even bother complaining. We were never asked if we wanted any refills either."

"Ridiculous customer service. Last time my sushi order had missing Ginger. Today my order had missing salad. I had to go back to pickup salad. The Rude front desk at Yasai said it was not his problem and repeated it 3 times. His name when asked was Robin. This is ridiculous customer service. I am going to find another sushi place. There are plenty in the area."

"Delicious! Everything I have tried here has been so tasty. Personally I love fresh rolls and theirs are the best! I wish I lived closer so I could eat these rolls more often and try out more of the menu. For now I know that rolls and noodles are a guaranteed good meal. Updated from previous review on 2022-05-01"
