"We went here today instead of vaters day and I will not go back. I stood for over 5 minutes at the service manager, as no confirmation (leah her name was) will be with you, etc. we then waited over 25mins for our food, the big drinks we ordered, we received in a smaller plastic withdrawal cup and we still paid the full price! the place was dirty and that was not worth waiting. this is the third time that I came here and leah is neither productiv nor customer driven"

"I took my mother in law for a quick lunch on Mothers Day with my two children. The meal was one of the worst I have experienced. This surprised me greatly as the Coffee Club in Eastlands/Rosny is absolutely superb. The omelette was burnt, the nachos looked like congealed meat thrown on a plate with some corn chips and the egg on toast for my daughter was laden with oil and inedible.I was so upset that I couldn't speak to staff about my experience but need to advise others."

"The meals at the Carlyle Hotel Bistro are huge with a great selection of popular meals. I tried the risotto the first night and enjoyed it so much that ordered the same again on my second visit. On the third night the grilled pork chops on the specials board looked interesting but I wasn't prepared for the huge meal that arrived. 2 huge chops with a tasty glaze, steak cut style chips and garden salad covered the oval plate. The chops were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly, a fitting last meal for my stay at this hotel. No wonder you can't get a table here on the weekend unless you pre-book it."

"It's a Omnicafé. The only options we ordered were date bread and salad sandwich. He told us vegan cupcakes had already sold. This is no different from the luck of drawing in any mainstream omni café."
