"The food is actually OK. Standard chicken shop stuff. The trouble is, if there's more than one person in there, the wheels come off. The staff are just hopeless, and once any food is cooked, they have no idea who ordered what, or any system to negate that. So always check the contents before you leave, because the chances are, they've given you something totally different. And when you point this out, they ask you what you ordered. Well, you served me mate. Also when it's busy, on a Friday or weekends, there's really no point. It's just chaos. People go there cos there's nothing else open that late. Piss ups and breweries spring to mind."

"A mixed bag here to be honest. This is an expensive restaurant and should be a fab experience. The food was good, especially the meats, with unlimited fries and salad. I do think the Steaks at approx £30 each are expensive. The experience of cooking your own is great, but where this place lets itself down is the service and cost. If they are offering unlimited item like fries and salads, they should be regularly checking with you to see if you require more. It felt like they kept away from the table so we didn’t ask for more. Secondly and my biggest issue is it costs £11 (yes eleven) for Halloumi. I knew it was £11 but expected enough to cover all guests. It was a measly 4 small slices that shouldn’t have cost more than £3. Don’t buy the sides, it’s crazy money. So overall 3 stars and could easily be 4-5 stars if it didn’t feel like you were being taken for a ride with the prices and if the staff were more attentive. I guess they have the yachting set as a key customer group so they are pricing it accordingly. With the cost of living crisis, this means lots of us won’t go or go again. Total bill for 6, nearly £300. Think we can do better for cheaper elsewhere next time."

"Rude and arrogant owners, staff and regulars. They do not appreciate tourists and are happy to charge well over the odds for poor quality ingredients. Dreadful experience, dreadful atmosphere and one to definitely avoid with so many other quality offerings to choose from within easy...walking distance. Times for cafes like this have long gone they need to change with the market and quickly."

"The staff are so friendly. Everything us labeled with a GF yellow tag and the food is incredible. Over 3/4 of the food is gluten free and it was ab incredible experience. The ability to have cream tea is amazing with no fears!!!!"

"The owner is an absolutely valid human being. Rude and unnecessarily aggressive. I would not go there again if you paid me. Horrific man. Full of arrogance and an over inflated sense of self importance. And has a very obvious and blatant hatred and contempt for disabled people which he made no effort to try and hide at all."
