"I went here for a quick, Friday night meal. The simple interior didn't bother me as the staff were attentive and friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious. The curry puffs, vegetarian pad thai and beef massaman ticked all the boxes. Only comment is the pad thai balance was a little off, but considering the price, convenience and overall tastiness this place is a winner."

"The best Vietnamese pork roll in Marrickville! It has all kinds of different flavours in one roll: sweet and sour carrot & daikon pickle, BBQ pork, coriander, shallot, a dash of soy sauce, and drizzling mayonnaise. The bread is warm and crunchy. Service in a blink. Highly recommended!"

"Love this place. Really nice vibe. I try to get to the kids' swimming lessons earlier just to get coffee across the road. Love their homemade cookies. Friendly team. My husband went with the kids the other week and had the crumpets and said they were the best crumpets he'd ever had. I'll have to go back for them!"

"All dishes were beautiful, the pork swur was stupid well, the fat and the rice inside has a really good balance and the ginger simply brings the pork taste to another level. The crispy Rice salad was the biggest surprise, it was completely done. Grill chicken was delicate and juicy. The service was also great. Definitely come back."

"Bamboo Zoo's arrival to the Metro food court has filled a previous South-East Asian cuisine void. Although their speciality is Thai, the freshly made rice paper rolls by staff on site, are the real crowd pleasers. All rolls are made just prior to Lunch rush and therefore the rice wrap remains soft, stretchy, slightly tacky and does not breakdown when you pick it up or bite into it. Fillings are also fresh and fragrant with protein choices such as duck, pork and prawns. <br>

My favourite, however, is their Bbq pork rice. With two whole pieces of charred pork chops, pickled radish, fried egg, fresh salad on a bed of long grain rice and topped with their staple chilli vinaigrette. All this for $10.50! Food court lunches have never tasted so good!"
