"The pinnacle of sweetness. diana’s sweet shoppe has a fantastic history. one they can hear by asking one of them. everyone is always so attentive and pleasant (in contrast to that other ice cream at the bottom of the road they have a tomate mozzarella panini that is for dying! it is absolutely fantastic. her cheese grilled cheese is perhaps one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have passed since my grandmother. the only article on the menu I'm steering is the meatloaf sandwich. but I guess they get what they deserve when they order it like I said, the personal is excellent. everyone is so helpful and enjoys the conversation with local and tourists...read more"

"Such a great place to eat that you wouldn't think of normally. Great variety of foods and all delicious. Nice chill tables upstairs or people watch while you eat on the main floor. Juice bar, gelato, vegetarian options...everyone can find something here."

"We just ate here a few times. The few times we have are always terrible. I made reservations for Father's Day, we get there a lobby full of people waiting without hosts. We stood there 15 minutes before a waitress came through and asked if we needed help. I told him we had reservations. He informed me that nothing was ready and gave him a second to finish it. We waited five minutes. We finally sit down and we waited 20 minutes for our waitress. I finally saw a worker Walker and asked for the manager. It took almost ten minutes to get to our table. At this point, I am angry, but not gone because my husband really wanted to eat there. The manager comes and apologizes, says he just walked in and will bring someone to us right away. We waited for another 7 minutes until the waitress comes and took our drinks order. She'll finally come and get our drinks. The manager comes by and asks if she took our food order. I told him he took our food job. His name was Al, he was really nice. He must fire his staff. There were so many people upset and it was ridiculous. We had to wait for our food for a while. They have lost us as customers, and it is also sad because they actually have good food. You just have to hire better people to work this facility. Maybe not open on holidays because they obviously cannot deal with the rush."

"First off, I forgive them for lack of quality service and quality food, due to lack of HELP. This is an ongoing problem for many restaurants and businesses these days. However, if you are going to open your doors for business with limited staff, you have to step way up to keep patrons coming back. My salmon was cooked hard as a brick. I sent it back and received one as firm as a mattress. I suppose if I had sent it back once more I would have received one as soft as a feather. ? ???? OK, I'm back. Our server was also the manager. He was all over the place....frazzled, but calm at the same time. My friends and I felt really sorry for him. On a good note, the pasta was delicious ?. We also really enjoyed our endless Caesar salads and bread. This helped tide us over during the looonnnng time before our food arrived....(refer back to the previously mentioned salmon). I hope help comes soon. This could have been a 2 rating. ?"
