"The sandwich technician wasn’t very good, she did put the proper amount of toppings but the vegetables were old from the day before, lettuce was brown and cheese was hard, when it’s dark orange and looked bad, I had asked her to replace it twice, she did on the second time. She doesn’t realize this is one of 5 Subways in the area, I’ve commented on them all, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here unless you have to."

"This is a Subway that is normal, clean and well run. The upside is the parking lot is shared with Safeway and the LC ... and there is an ice cream shop next door. Slow traffic area is good for kids and folks are generally quite friendly in this neighbourhood. Is an easy way to fit in ice cream, dinner, pickup some whiskey and groceries while keeping the car parked.No Pokemon Go gyms or stops in this complex ... which might be a good thing."

"Our office frequently orders in the famous chicken fingers for birthdays. I have eaten there many times but would never think of not getting the delicious chicken fingers. I recommend accompanying them with fries and not rice."

"Twenty years ago Nicolino's was a favourite but it fell off our radar. I've been twice in the past month and had inconsistent experiences. With one friend we had the Mediterranean chicken pizza and chèvre salad. Both were great and the red wine promotion was very good. The second visit with another friend was much different. I drank the house wine which was, well house wine, and not particularly enjoyable. We tried the crostini wild boar for an appetizer. The taste and texture reminded be of beef short ribs. The flavour was robust and the highlight of the meal. The cosimo pizza on gluten free crust seemed halfhearted. The toppings were scarce and it was quite flavourless. The cavetelli was straightforward. Our meals came with side salads, garden and Caesar and neither were noteworthy of lettuce or dressing. The service was friendly on both occasions and parking is ample."

"The freshness of the ingredients is the focus at this wonderful establishment. Located in the heart of Winnipeg's Forks Market is a must visit! The staff are wonderful and you can certainly tell that the ownership is directly involved with the day to day operations....The Home made Honey Dill sauce is a must ! Had to go back twice!"

"SwizzleStyx. I have been coming to Johnny's for as long as I can remember and I have never been disappointed, except for the days when Johnny himself isn't around with his big, friendly smile! Had lunch here yesterday with a friend and it was excellent. You really can't beat the prices here, especially considering the portion sizes and the quality of food. The home made soups are always excellent and the salads are all great. For sure one of the best clubhouses in town, home made fries, awesome pizzas and sandwiches, this place is terrific!<br/ <br/ Nov 2018 had pizza here today and was outstanding!!! Lots of toppings, all fresh and service so awesome and friendly!!"
