"We had a great meal in Silver Bay. We expected it would take time to get a place a little before 6:00 on a Friday night, but we were right in, and had our food in 30 minutes parking! Our waiter, Aki, was great. He gave us great recommendations. My wife had steak and baby shrimps. I had the fried snapper and baby shrimp. The shrimps were excellent!! Steak and fish were both good. My fries weren't great, but I was there anyway for seafood, so it didn't matter. The free Hush puppies were fantastic. I'd definitely come back."

"It was our 5th time in 20 months. Salmon salad for me perfect every time. My wife gets spanakopita and tzakiti dip. Service has always been great too. We will return."

"I give this place two stars only because our waitress was super nice and the salad was great... BUT it took almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order and our shrimp and grits were terrible. The grits were almost uncooked in water and the shrimp and gravy had zero flavor whatsoever. We most likely will not be coming back."

"The food here is amazing and the ambiance is nice. Service was a little slow. Two diff people asked us for drinks. First person never brought it out. Second person who I think was a manager asked us for drinks. Finally met our server after that. Food came out in a timely matter. Credit card got mixed up and it was used on someone else’s table but had to get another manager to get that adjusted."

"The chefs at this restaurant are excellent and creative. The octopus salad was very special if you like octopus or squid. Salmon done to perfection, asked for medium and received nice moist/juicy medium 7-8 oz. portion. Wife had sesame chicken breast and that was fabulous as well. The final perfect piece was the Creme Brulet cheese cake, magnificent. This was my first time here, looking forward to another trip soon. The dining area is unfortunately a typical hotel facility, but more than made up by the quality of the food and outstanding chef."

"My husband and i have been fans of Green Lettuce since its opening. It is definitely one of our favorite restaurants. We have watched it evolve from a great lunch destination to a fun place for an evening of dinner and music. The menu is authentic Persian-Mediteranean fare...healthy, clean eating. If you are dieting, a vegetarian, vegan....or not, this is the place to go! For dessert the baklava, Mediteranean ice cream with rose water, and the moist layer coffee cake are so, so good. The Avocado mix appetizer is wonderful, and is my favorite, but they are all very good. The kabobs and salads are all done just right. Everything has always been fresh and delicious. A full bar has been added and is a nice place to enjoy a drink with a friend. We love the owner who is very friendly and always remembers us. He is very interested in high quality food and good service. We appreciate his commitment to his customers. We highly recommend Green Lettuce."
