"So we went there today with a couple of friends...we all ordered the pho soup and honestly I would have rather puked in a bowl and eaten it...the reason I give it a one star was not because of the pho but the way the...owners and management handled the situation...we were polite letting them know but the way they took the criticism was not professional...any place would welcome feedback and try to remedy the situation but they basically acted like gangsters and by the end of it try to scrap us on the the way out...good job Taki Japanese grill...you deserve a standing ovation for your hospitality...not only did you look stupid in front of us but you were so belligerent and loud you looked stupid in front of the rest of your clientele...good luck with your business."

"Our family of seven picked this restaurant to celebrate our grand daughter's 3rd Birthday. The service was excellent and the owner made a special sushi Birthday Cake to end our delicious meal. I feel that they went out of their way to help us celebrate and the food was so wonderful. Service was fast and efficient. We felt very spoiled. Thank you so much for helping us mark this occasion. If we lived in Kelowna, or even in BC, we would make this place our faviourite"

"I am so happy that we happened upon this gem of a restaurant. It has been my favorite sushi spot in Kelowna now for about 3 years. Not only is the food amazing the restaurant (although small) is spotless and I can not say enough about the owners Mia and John. They make every visit enjoyable and we never hesitate to bring friends there or to recommend everyone try it. Keep up the great work guys and for those who haven't been give it a try you will not regret it!Di Santos"

"Great little catch! Super comfortable dinning room. Very nice staff with quick food service. Portions are a little small but prices are reasonable (the old seesaw, though they could add a dollar and pass it on to me in larger servings). If I lived locally, this would a great regular place for a nice meal out with my date (wife). Please stop in and enjoy."
