"24nov21 update. still go to eat with the family. the Yo-yo nachos steak is excellent and enough for two. they have a hard time to get Southwestern vultures on stock, so they don't get their hopes on when they're short. I checked and her taco meat is flour-free, which is ingenious when they are sensitive. good place for family dinner and bree is an excellent server. miss brandy and heather are excellent server. my children and I enjoyed our lunch here. this facility is very clean and has excellent chefs to prepare the Mexican and American kitchen. the special lunches are generous. as they sit, they are chips and their homemade salsa (which is delicious) I highly recommend ordering the house queso sauce. the Queso sauce is thick (sticks on their chips) and has a very light taste that perfectly compensates any heat from each of the spicy kitchen. the appetizer plate is an excellent introduction to the other appetizers as well as visual display of the preparation that passes through the eating and. the woofer rings were a little over boiled. the mild hot wings were extremely tasty and I could stop again just to get a sequence of them. the southwesterly ice rolls are delicious and have just saved me a trip to metairie (the location of the only other restaurants that makes them close to this good). I highly recommend them. the shredded chicken chimichanga are delicious and children allowed. I had the Steak-Fajitas and they were perfect. I even had enough to go home and enjoy as an evening snack. the staff is very helpful and pleasant. this is a restaurant that I highly recommend and return. I have not noticed any significant delays in the service or instructed us in another review. this is a very well maintained and relaxing place to eat. Why aren't you here yet?"

"It's sad when taco Bell has more flavor than an actual Mexican restaurant... chicken was SO dry it felt like powder in my mouth... I had nachos and the only thing I could taste was sour cream. Idk HOW you mess up nachos so bad that you can't even taste anything but sour cream. My family always said that Maria's was really bland, thus why we never patroned this restaurant. I should've listened to them. Food: 1"
