"We enjoyed a very nice meal at the summit restaurant. we had eaten there years ago and wanted to come back when we had a good experience. we were not disappointed. the location is beautiful in an old house that is covered on a hill. we ate outside on the veranda, because the temperature was perfect. we had crabcake, rutabaga suppe, caesar salat, haussalat, kalbstroganoff, the doumbek portobello mushroom stack, wrench limette cake and crème brûlée. everything was very delicious. a couple of suggestions for the chef of chefs of improvements that could be made: caesar dressing was missing from sardelle taste. for the 'basil feta' salat dressing, from any reason, I expected fresh basilikum, but it was just a little dried basilikum in an Italian style dressing. the polnta served with the mushrooms was dried out somewhat. the skyberry sauce on the wrench limette cake exaggerated and distracted from the wrench limette taste. service was immaculate, and we would eat again when we are in town."

"I heard a sign for her on I-81. The place is enchanting, and the staff was very welcoming and sweet. Outside, our mouth had watered with the smell of smoke pits! The potato salad and the Coleslaw were delicious, and the taste of the ribs was delicious, but we were disappointed about how they lacked tenderness and any kind of Char. Very little of this tempting smoke was in the flesh. The fat was not made at all, and the meat was not easy to get out of the bone. While it was cooked by enough to be considered done, it took more time or the least served hotter. Needless to say the sauces were great, the sweet brown was phenomenal! I could put the sauce on my shoes. I'd go back there at the passage, but I think I'd get her pork or half the chicken instead."
