"During the visit omaha, I decided to try this taco chain in the middle of the west. I moved into the drive thru and was not surprised to see a menu in contrast to most almost food Mexican joints. the pictures of eating were not attractive - especially the burritos that looked similar to taco bell burritos. I guess if you like taco bell burritos, you like that, but I didn't want to take the chance. I must not have been adventurous, so I ordered a beef taco. the Taco filling seemed like it was a kind of meat in a heavy engraving with a little taco spice - almost like a spicy sloppy joe in a preformed mais tortilla-like shell. the taco was not one of my favorites and it is very unlikely that I ever go to this place again."

"Wonderful Authenic Mexican Food. This is our favorite Mexican resturant around! The other ones only attempt to fix Mexican...La Caretta Rosa nails it! This is such a wonderful refreshing place to get fresh, good tasting REAL Mexican food this far north of the boarder! The Tortilla Soup is just the same as I 've eaten in southern Texas and the other menu items take me there as well! Don 't let the small, sometimes empty space fool you...this is a diamond in the rough! Give them a try and I guarantee you will be back again and again. Very friendly and attentive staff too...not like some other 'Mexican places ' in Council Bluffs!!"

"Service was super! but eating was so amazing. we had the Queso-Dip-Attizer and got fresh chips that were just made. I ordered the chimichanga and omg it was gigantic and so delicious. he got the combo Fajitas and said they were the best he ever had. we love primos!"

"Here at 1:30 a.m. for a drink with some friends and began to tell us to hack our drinks at 1:50 because they people too late and in trouble with cops the week before. Then at 1:55 we began to be harassed by the bartender, in which a cry began when we told them that we were only in the city for our fathers funeral, she said, I give none of us have fathers.... Then one of the locals started taking us out physically. One of the other female bartenders tried to calm the other bartender, but she didn't listen to it and called on and called us bitches who told us to get the fist. I can't believe this is the way. Just because they messed up a week before they decided to take it on us. Please don't give these people any money they don't deserve."

"First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised! Service was good, waiter was quick to respond to us, order was taken correctly, kept our glasses full, cleaned up the table in a timely fashion. Food was pretty typical Mexican restaurant food. I would say it was pretty good! Cheese dip and salsa were very pleasant for all ages! Chips were done well, warm without being burnt, lightly salted. Kids meal had a good variety on it. My 5 year old had the nachos from it. The plate was large and full. No way he could even think of finishing them! Other entree's were good sized also. Rice was AMAZING! ONLY down side was it was just a tad on the pricey side for 4 eaters. Just under $80 for cheese dip, chili cheese fries, 3 adult entree's, 1 kids plate, and 1 soda. Not terrible expensive but definitely not a cheap dinner either. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Would absolutely recommend and will likely stop again in the future!"
