"This is a fine example of a good restaurant concept being poorly implemented. This would make great fast food, but it isn't fast. If you cut the portions in half, it would make for great takeout, but instead it is too large, too messy and too expensive for that to be a good option. If you had a nice dining room, this would be an amazing sit down restaurant, but there are maybe eight small tables plus three outdoor tables... And the wind outside made sitting there nearly unbearable. What we are left with is a place that can't handle a dozen people without a long wait, and no where to sit when they finally bring your food out. The food itself runs 15 to 25 dollars for a couple of tacos. Furthering the same of this visit was an inconsistency in the quality of the food. My chimi was beef and black bean. Portions of the beef had formed itself into inch wide flavorless meatballs during cooking, while the rest was well seasoned and finely minced. Everything else about the chimi was awesome. Sorry but I'm going to say skip this one. There is a zippy little place down the street that offers a faster more family friendly and much more local taste experience for the same price."

"I sat here for breakfast because I know she serves breakfast or lunch all day. The taco/enchilada combo was great. Taco was crispy and no shop bought Shell. The green salsa is always on point (picture) I wanted the chilaquiles but decided on the combo. It also washes with her morning happy hour. $4 screwdriver and bloody Mary and $6 mimosas. Not too ashamed. The service was quick and friendly. I was really surprised to see the amount of customers they had so early in the morning."

"This is a funny little Taco place in hawaii. do they like fishtacos, bark meattacos, chickentacos and only tacos in general? then come down! the food is fresh and to order. I personally like chicken and fish tacos, but there are so many sorts I can choose from. they can even choose their own toppings to customize their own unique taco. the tacos are here on the smaller side, so make sure to order more than one. you will not regret it!"

"Service was super friendly, food was excellent and in large portions. I recommend the Fajitas (we had an order of chicken and one of steak), and they came with beans, rice, guacamole and sour cream. It came with paprika served all red and orange, my favorite! We ordered a side of chips and salsa and the salsa came in a surprisingly large container. The tomatillo salsa was amazing! They even offer Jarritos so, again my favorite."

"So we went here about a week ago because several of us were at the mall for various reasons. So we had several people in our party, a few children. They were able to seat us almost immediately. There were a few other patrons in the bar area and at a few tables. But they had a consistent flow of people. We were brought chips and salsa a few minutes after being seated and then we had our drink orders taken. Most of the drinks arrived very quickly except for one person. But it looked like the waitress was taking care of all the tables so that's pretty good. We ordered soon after. The food was decent not the best I have had on Maui but it was good. Overall we liked the food and we're happy with the service. The salsas were kind of generic tasting. The guacamole was very good. I have to say though I have been eating real Mexican food most of my life so I can be a little picky about it. The rest of the family was happy so overall a good experience. Oh and did I mention that the service was great."

"The service was fantastic! Good atmosphere, but the food was just okay!? I hope they see this and change it a bit, add a little salt to your chips after you roast them and find some decent spices for your Patlan dishes, the fluffy outer shell of the Patano was also kind of weird. Make better"
