"It is the best tacos in the tri-city area hands down. Honestly, the best tacos I've ever had in the USA. This also goes for the one in Alcoa, which we absolutely adore! The pieces are great and the sauce station should be the model for everything Mexican restaurant in the world! It is so, so good. "My sister and I decided to try this restaurant today. We both ordered burgers and fries. I was so disgusted at the fries. They tasted like barbecue chips. On the menu no where did it say the fires were seasoned. I took one bite and that was all. I told the waitress, who was very nice and she offered onion rings. The burgers were not done and they tasted like a bubba burger. We will never go there again. It took me 2 hours to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. So we left hungry and paid $13.00 a piece for lunch."

"This was the worst dining experience we have ever had . I purchased a 20 dollar Groupon because I loved going to the place. We went had a few beers and burgers. Food was good, but when the bill came they only subtracted 14 dollars from the bill and claimed Groupon didn't cover alcohol, which it CLEARLY states in the fine print that it does until 10 pm by Tennessee State Law. When we asked them about this and the other $6 they could not give a solid answer. The waitress was seemed extremely aggravated and rude when we had questions about the bill. She even stomped off at one point yelling down a hallway trying to embarrass us. The manager came to our table and told us we should of ordered something more expensive than the hamburgers. The staff seem to get louder and made a scene in front of the other customers when they could not accommodate us or answer our questions. "My family and I were driving to the Smokies in need of dinner. We stumbled on this hole in a wall (thanks Zomato and were absolutely. Blown. Away. We got Cuban sandwiches, which we all agreed were some of the best sandwiches we'd ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend eating here, even if you have to drive out of your way to do so!"

"The food was mediocre, at best. But the cost was ridiculous. We ordered takeout...2 meals and 2 extra side items, because we like to have leftovers. Our 4-item order was wrong in 3 ways. We did not get one item (a side taco) but were charged for it. Wewere charged (and received) a meal that we did not order and did not want. And one meal was not as described in the menu. Inall, we were overcharged about $15. I called that night and was told that I should bring back the food to settle the dispute.The manager was not there. I explained that I live 20 minutes away and would not drive that far at night to try to fix a mistakethat THEY made. I asked for a credit to my credit card. No way. I had to come in, talk to the manager, and get cash. I did thata few days later, only to be treated like trash by the manager. He never apologized for the mistakes that his staff made andbasically accused me of trying to scam his restaurant. I could go on and on about how $15 does not matter to me but justice anddoing the right thing do, but whatever. Bottom line...this manager was rude and insulting, the original server was wrong butlied to cover her mistakes, and I will never eat there again. And seriously, the food is mediocre. I threw out most of theleftovers. The extra meal they provided and charged me for was pork, which I'm allergic to. The manager asked me 4 times if Iordered it. Dude, no."

"Food is delicious!! When they bring you chips and salsa before your meal, they bring you fundido sauce. It's a yummy white cheese sauce. Rough week, have the LARGE margaritas. Can't decide steak, shrimp or chicken? Get the California burrito! It's has all 3! Skip lunch, cuz dinner is gonna be very filling!"
