"Great Mexican restaurant. Home-made chips are delicious, along with the Chori Queso. Just make sure it cools down a bit, so it is creamy. Salsa might be too diced and paste-ish. Tacos were excellent, including the puffy ones. Great prices and generous sizes. For my taste, I would ease off the oils and grease across the board, but it is not to an extreme level. Pleasant atmosphere and very kind and fast service. All in all, good stuff!"

"This is my go to Mexican place. Food was delicious as usual ????. Only problem was having to wait to get service. We got our chips and dip but had to wait at least 10 minutes before we could even put in our drink order. Talk about thirsty! After that everything came very quickly ????"

"I went to this restaurant recently during the Holiday weekend with my date and I ordered a Filet Mignon cooked Medium Rare and it came out Well Done like a Hockey PUCK with strings of Fat. I told my Arrogant and she stormed off without taking my debacle of a purported Filet mignon away and ran to tell a Tall and Scrawny manager that I didn 't like my steak. The manager came over to my table and was very Curt, Disrespectful and Brash and I told him that my date and I came to eat to eat together and that was she was nearly done with her turkey dinner and I wanted him to take away the debacle of this purported Filet mignon out of my face and take it off my check. He refused to take the steak off my check despite the steak being hardly eaten and nearly 1/4 of the steak being spit out on my date 's and my plate. After I went outside to smoke a cigarette and after I came back to my table I told my pretentious waitress that my date and I wanted to order two Liqueurs (after dinner drinks) which was frangelico and chambord which are aperitif such asbailey 's, Kailua and sambuca. This manager brazenly and blatantly said I 'm not going to serve your date and you anymore drinks as both of you are intoxicated. Mind you we only had two drinks prior to that and we weren 't driving as we got their by an Uber and were going home in an Uber too, plus we were NOT intoxicated as I believe this manager was looking for a pretextual excuse not to serve us any more products so that he could push us out of hisrestraint. I don 't recommend this restaurant to nobody as the food and service is terribly bad and offensive. If you go to this hole in the wall go at your own risk and don 't say that I didn 't warn you."

"Curry is an acquired taste. The lunch I had at Taj Indian Restaurant had only a slight hint of curry. I ordered the Chicken Korma which consists of chunks of chicken in a creamy tomato and onion based sauce. The curry in the cream sauce was not overbearing whatsoever. White rice comes with your order of Chicken Korma. As an appetizer, I had the Garlic shrimp. The sauce the shrimp is smothered in is like no other. It has the looks and consistency of salsa but with an Indian kick. Be warned though, there is a kick of heat in the spice they mix in with the sauce. The waiter will ask you however how hot you would like your spice. I very much highly recommend the Garlic Shrimp. If anything, just come here for the Garlic Shrimp. Well worth the $13 in my humble opinion. As a side, I ordered the Garlic Naan. Basically is looks like a tortilla flatbread baked in an oven topped with butter and garlic. I used it to fold up and scoop my Chicken Korma as a spoon. Very delicious combination in lieu of the steamed white rice I might add. For my beverage I wanted something conducive to India and thus I chose the Bira Ipa. I've been to many breweries and tried many of the local drink. I must admit, this beer wasn't too bad. It's a pale ale with a definite unique taste. I would recommend this beer if you're in the mood for something different. The cost was $6 and I felt it was at least worth it..you be the judge. Finally dessert. I ordered the Chocolate Samosa. It is two pieces of fried pastry stuffed with dark chocolate and cashew. Hot chocolate sauce was drizzled on the 2 pieces of pastries I had served on my dish. The chocolate on the inside was warm and sweet. The cost was $6 and in my opinion, I'm surprised they don't charge more. Most spectacular flavor. The atmosphere was very pleasing. I most definitely enjoy it when they have music playing in the background that is conducive with the theme of the type of cuisine they are serving in addition to the paintings and art work displayed on the wall. My only small complaint is my waiter wore only a dark t-shirt, jeans and white sneakers. Not to mention, when he placed my platter on the table, the bottom of his bare thumb was firmly deep inside of the platter where my food would be in contact with...not a very sanitary practice. In Port St. Lucie, if you are curious about Indian food and want to try a different style of delicacy, by all means, I recommend Taj Indian Restaurant. aapako dhanyavaad (Thank you in Hindi)"
