"As a whole group of servers, we were APPALLED at the lack of service we had here. The chick in the messy bun with no name tag (i wouldn’t wear one either with the embarrassing service quality) hadn’t greeted us until 15 minutes after, which then we had to wait another 15 minutes for a small segment of what we ordered along with HALF our appetizer (cold pasta and queso with no chips to eat it with). We didn’t get our other plates of food for ANOTHER ten minutes.The cherry on top was that i eventually found in the pasta a small curly black hair… Not even at this point were we being mean to our server. But then she continued to blow us off for another 20 minutes and then she wandered back to ask if we had gotten the to go order we asked for at the BEGINNING of the meal too which we hadn’t. I completely understand we’re all understaffed right now, but that’s no excuse seeing this server get drinks and chips for tables that arrived AFTER us. Do better, this was literally embarrassing to go through."

"On a recommendation from someone I trust, El Paisa Grill tried for the first time. Greetings as soon as I came in and sat without waiting. The abundance of Spanish speaking guests validated the best Mexican food sign in front. The ambience is pleasant and the gentle music in Spanish adds a beautiful touch. Artworks are authentic. The chips and salsa are great. Chips are fresh and crispy, the salsa is not too sharp. The Burrito Supreme and the WOW are great. Take both hands to hold. Service was excellent and attentive. I was full of the meal and satisfied. Get back safely"

"The chicken was pretty terrible. Gummy and had the oxidized flavor. They did not add the salsa for any of the chips and salsa. Two Churros were the best thing. Very mid to poor."

"The Mojara was okay, but the Mocajete is soooo good. You get a lot of food. Usually, when it says 2-4 people, it's hardly enough for 2 in other places, but here we fought with two to finish. Good drinks. Bad music but better than the super loud places."

"Service was very slow. The young lady working there was very nice, but almost seemed to young for working. The adults prepping food seemed very slow. The chicken was good but there was a terrible sewer smell in the restaurant that was a big put off.Food: 3/5"

"Such a fun atmosphere! The singer the night we went was so bubbly and she had a gorgeous voice. I don't speak Spanish but my husband does and they had a server who spoke both English and Spanish who was fantastic. My husband takes all his friends here to introduce them to Honduran food. There is a huge selection of delicious dishes. Dietary restrictions: It's a little risky for those who need gluten-free food. I got the pupusas and didn't have any reaction. Celiac and gluten-free dont seem to be dietary restrictions that they deal with on a regular basis. Kid-friendliness: Lots of families brought their kids of various ages. It is a lively atmosphere so it might be too noisy for kids who are sensitive to sound."
