"We stopped by this evening about 7pm (give or take). I was happy to see 2 no added sugar options. That 's the only positive. The place was dirty...the floor a sticky mess and in some spots, puddles of melted yogurt, zero fruit on the toppings bar (they were empty, besides a little crushed pineapple that looked like mush), and only 1 nut choice (peanuts). We asked the young girl at the register if there were any sugar-free or no added sugar added sauces. We got a head shake. I asked if there was more fruit to be put out since they were empty. We got another head shake. The girl at the register looked miserable to even be there. She was nonverbal with zero facial expressions. At the very least, she could have cleaned up the tables and floors while she was there. Even a simple, let me check the back for more fruit. I find it hard to believe that there was zero fruit. Maybe I 'm wrong, but it seemed like she was too bored (or lazy) to do anything other than lean against the register. We only stopped by because it was close to where we had dinner. I 'll stick with TCBY and Twisted Cup."

"The food here is amazing and the ambiance is nice. Service was a little slow. Two diff people asked us for drinks. First person never brought it out. Second person who I think was a manager asked us for drinks. Finally met our server after that. Food came out in a timely matter. Credit card got mixed up and it was used on someone else’s table but had to get another manager to get that adjusted."

"We walked right in and found a seat at the bar! The service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious! The high quality of beef makes all the difference! Our order was accurate, hot and delicious! The veggies on my burger were fresh and full of flavor as well! No pitiful, lifeless lettuce here! We will definitely be back!"

"Although I don 't generally take a ride through the Catskill Mountains very often, I did decide that I needed to get out and enjoy the fresh air this weekend. And although I was told that this town is more mountainy than most people would have ever guessed, I came upon this rather unique ice cream shop. They sell all different kinds of ice cream hard and soft; it was easy enough to spot that they seem to relish in hard ice cream but upon request they can give you soft ice cream choices too. One would spot two areas on one of their walls of people who ate and conquered an ice cream so big they call it The Beast . Although I wasn 't apt to attempt the challenge, if I would have been as resident of the town maybe I would have attempted it, but I didn 't. The employee who served us, was the owner. I did like that she gave us a frequent shopper card that she said would never expire. The next time I 'm around, I might remember that I have one. Up until then, I think I 'll stay more local and not come back. I mean, the ice cream wasn 't bad, but it was a bit too far to travel very often."

"I met a friend from college for lunch. We tried the pimento cheese for an appetizer, had the BLTC salads literally some of the best grilled chicken I have ever tasted! and the homemade strawberry shortcake for dessert. I also brought home red beans and rice and the chicken pasta soup for dinner. It was equally delicious!! I will definitely be back to see Lea Margaret and Chris!!!"

"It was really busy and there was ONE employee working!! On a Sunday afternoon in the summer!! She wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either almost like she didn’t even have time to greet anyone. It’s a shame owners don’t think more of their own business than that! Needs a good cleaning too, all the totes that hold the cones were filthy as were the counter tops!"

"Best experience every time i go in! the load is always so clean and joined together, the staff is always friendly helpful. marta is the area manager and she brings light also love to the restaurant without this love that seems through her, it would be just a building. I have never seen anyone with so high ghosts constantly I love it everyone is so big"
