"I went to chilis last night with some friends and my waitress was AMAZING! Super sweet girl. However, there was another table near ours who were extremely loud and very rude. Every time the waitress walked away my whole table was able to hear the comments of them saying “that’s why we didn’t want a white waitress” “leaving her a quarter for a tip” and every time the waitress returned she listened to their concerns and apologized for the inconveniences they encountered. She also provided them with boxes for the food they ordered and they walked out leaving a seemingly expensive check unpaid. The waitress was visually embarrassed and upset (teary eyed) nothing she could really do in this situation. Now you may be asking how this is chilis fault? After asking the waitress about the situation I was informed that she had to pay the WHOLE unpaid bill herself because of the table that walked out even after she did the best she could. I cannot support a business that does not support their employees. The effort from this waitress was seen and her treatment was undeserved- by that table and by whoever manages."

"I would give this Burger King zero Stars if it would allow it. With there today and order a double Whopper with extra cheese, no pickles, and no tomatoes but what I ended up with was a double Whopper with no cheese, no pickles, no tomatoes, and no onions. The girl taking my order in the Drive-Thru was absolutely clueless this happened at about 3:40 p.m. Avoid this Burger King at all cost."

"If I could give this location -5 stars I sure would. The assistant manager needs a new job that she doesn’t deal with customer service? ! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and she’s no leader at all to her team. “They don’t do rewards or Coupons” at this location. Since when? I always have done so. The she has the nerve to tell me I should know how to do so myself if I always do it at that location and slammed the window in my face. I hope this location receives an assistant manager who isn’t rude and leads them to success instead of adding rude customer service to their resume.A week and a half later and the DM still has not reached out to me. Seems they let Lakeitha the assistant manager get away with what she wants. The reviews speak for itself"

"I will never return to this place again. it is always a saying that the customer is always right. not at this location. they have the most rude customer service of all time. they burn muffins so much that everything they can taste is incineration. coffee is just as nasty. they need to ask for contingent when they thru in the laufwerk. they hastened to order them, and welcome them not or say thank you. I called the load and they act as if it were okay if it happened. I'm not sorry, just one hanging on the customer. I'll never be here again and they can't call a company because they never reach someone. they need a whole new crew or people who want to love a job or really work there. for those who have them now are rude to the max"
