"This place was a massive disappointment. Visited as it was my wife's birthday. We had a very bad experience with the service here. It took 20 minutes after we were seated to order drinks. When the food arrived it tasted ok. We were then asked if we wanted a dessert menu, another 20 minutes later still no menu and felt like our waitress was just ignoring us. I then approached another member of staff for the bill, asked for the service charge to be removed and left. I will never visit this place again, not worth the time or money."

"Amazing. just AMAZING. As soon as we set foot inside the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu and everything looks absolutely delicious. Food wad flavoursome and very tasty. We were served by a exceptional waiter, Andrew. Would definitely come back!"

"The Ivy Brasserie chain is consistently good and so was this branch. However we found the reception staff unaccommodating the table they'd allocated us was very close to other tables, in a noisy, draughty part of the restaurant they could easily have re seated us, with lots of other tables empty, especially as we were only going to be 75 minutes, a pre theatre booking. The food was good (though expensive for what it is over £5 for salted bread?! , the decor lovely, very Christmassy. However the noise levels were high and the tables all crammed too close to each other for the sake of losing one table, the place would feel so much better. Not all the Ivy Brasseries do this."

"We arrived early before visiting cirque du solieu so so to 5pm was pleasantly surprised that it was a flowering lively atmosphere.. we had a nice table, enjoyed great cocktails beautiful courses, eating service was excellent, we have already booked to return"

"I am with two friends, the waiter who served us, was very knowledgeable. he explained everything about the dishes and that his all organic and local produced and their dishes are not the traditional dishes that they would normally get for the same. because they make seasonal dishes so that their menu changes as per season, so they do not have paper menu the normal leather cover menu, but I love this place. It is also 100% halal for those who have its certified so that they can check. they do not serve any alcohol here either. since there were three of us, we all ordered different things from the menu for starter and gloomy, but for now we all wanted to have steak. literally everything we had here was amazing that no complaining about eating or complaining about the service. my friends, I had a great time in her restaurator. just to supplement here is in order to have an expensive range bill came to £150- £160 for 3 of us and yes, they can have a meal too highly sustained restoration for this price, but I can't have anything about the food it was heavenly."
