"Awful, avoid. Guy didn't speak English so ordering was a nightmare. Eventually got a glass of room temperature wine. Guy not interested in serving us and didn't bother to clear the table of dishes between courses so they just piled up. Dirty menus. Waiter didn't wear a mask and no covid measure seemed to be in place. I saw him rinse my wine glass and cutlery under the cold tap before giving to me. Tepid food. Only 2 lumps of chicken in a watery curry, none of the food was as described on menu. Worst restaurant meal I have ever had. Shame as have been coming here for years and has always been lovely. Feels like it is going out of business..."

"I would support everything previous critics have said about this Indian restaurant. However, you must be aware that they add 10% service to your sum without positioning it in any way. So it's just if you're the bill you'll realize that your total is 10% more than it should be, and there's no idea why. No words 10 service and no amount in the column. This is dishonest and misleading and probably leads to an ugly 20% tip. I have always added service without recognizing that they contain it a very underhand and hidden way. I asked the waiter who got a little shy and said his boss told them to do it. I like the food, but I won't go back."

"Just discovered the breakfast buffet. So many items and everything was fresh and delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful to guide us through the dishes. Great value. I think this will become a regular weekend treat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10"
