"Worst Mother’s Day experience ever. I'm not sure how this happened, but I made the reservation for 5 people on Open Table. When we came to the restaurant, there were a number of people, all who complained that they made reservations and called to ensure the reservation. But we came to the restaurant, we found out that the restaurant had just broken the buffet she had prepared for Mother's Day and was now set up for dinner. They explained that they did not take customers between four and six because they had to prepare for dinner. But our reservation was at 4:30! To come to the hotel with a 90-year-old woman and a child with autism and changing plans was not funny. Instead of apologising or offering us an alternative, the manager suggested that we have probably made reservations for Restaurant Downtown! This is impossible because the reservation had the exact address of Fort Couch. The other two families before us had the same problem. It looked like a nice restaurant at the hotel. Unfortunately, it didn't just worry us a little... As a mother's day, it's impossible to get a table without reservations in the South Hills. It threw away the child with autism, who refused to go somewhere else. ruined all night."

"NOTE: I'm writing this review almost a year late (sorry My family and I went here on Fathers' Day when there were only a few other customers. The special of the day was two vegan tacos for $5, so I ordered the Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Tacos. I also ordered some rice and beans because if I am anything, I am a pushover for beans. The tacos came garnished with cilantro and lime wedges and were very good. I can't remember what my family ordered, but I remember that they liked it."

"We were in the restaurant today, 19th juni. eating was great as always. our service was not. our waitress was vanessa s. she wasn't very nice. when she was a simple question about the glass of the vaters day and how the 20% worked out, she reacted to the question very rude and with a attitude. which continued most of the interactions with her. when she asked about something on the menu, she replied, I'm not sure what that is, no one ever asked me that before she didn't offer to ask someone who could know what it is. she was not accommodating and continues to have a attitude to the point where I wanted to ask another waitress. we will return to bj because we love eating. but we will remember vanessa and, if we ever get her back, we will ask for someone else. I also called the restaurant about 20 minutes away to ask if there was a waiting time. I was informed on the phone, the waiting time was 1 hour. When we arrived, we sat right away. the information provided on the phone could have turned away someone else."
