"An hour to get an order with a wrong made sandwich and miss an article. I have sent feedback for a refund and I still have to catch up because no one has reacted. it's a ridiculous annoying. do not order them from this place and when they do, they go through a third party like doordash, where they can get an immediate refund instead of chasing a franchise owner who is in order to tear them off."

"I remember jumping out of school as a teenager to walk to Bud's for a sandwich many years ago! When this place opened in my area... I wasn't impressed because it wasn't true what I remembered. But... today it really hit the sign! Even the quirky unfriendly service and 4% charge for credit cards was exactly what I expected. 5 stars to bring back memories of good times and good food! Lol... a free refill only!!!"

"You have to eat here! I don?t care where you are, make the trip just for this place! We were in Cincinnati for appointments at Cincinnati Children?s and our son wanted BBQ. We found this place and it did not disappoint! The brisket melted in your mouth! There?s a reason the grenade is award winning and the chicken bbq sandwich and mac-n-cheese were more than delicious."
