I always liked Buds Broiler growing up in NOLA in Mid City across from Delgaldo University. Glad they opened up in Covington. My favorite burger is the one with cheese,grilled onions,and their famous hickory smoke sauce. It is Great to have an old NOLA favorite in Covington. NOT FAST FOOD. Don't think you can stop here for something quick. Poor workers, there's only 2 of them and the line is so long. They have a hiring sign but not sure if the 35min wait just to order is worth the 30min wait to get the food and eat. A shame read more.
