Buds Broiler - Covington

What Maya Rodriguez likes about Buds Broiler:
I always liked Buds Broiler growing up in NOLA in Mid City across from Delgaldo University. Glad they opened up in Covington. My favorite burger is the one with cheese,grilled onions,and their famous hickory smoke sauce. It is Great to have an old NOLA favorite in Covington. This is not a fast food restaurant. Do not expect to grab a quick meal here. The staff is limited to just two workers, leading to long lines. Although they have a hiring sign up, the 35-minute wait to place an order may not be worth the additional 30-minute wait for the food to be ready. It's disappointing. View all feedback.
