"Quality of food: 3 stars (depending on the day, it could be hit and miss)Quantity of food for $: 2 starsCustomer service: 2 stars Beverage price for dollar: 1/2 starEverything is over priced at both the restaurant and pub. Food is usually ok but has never been worth the $. I've only ever had 2 waiters (Ottie and Laverne) that have been good. All the others need to take some pointers on customer service and hospitality. I use to eat and have a few casual drinks here decently often but the prices have been raised again so I will not be coming here to eat again until the business gets less greedy. This is Russell Manitoba, not a 5 star resort. For now I will gather my friends and socialize somewhere else (even the hotel room) instead of wasting my well earned money in the restaurant or bar. Try one of the other restaurants in town. There is really good food elsewhere."
