"They did not bring us what we ordered and food was bland. We weren’t aware there was a kids menu until our 12yo son got ONE pancake even though he ordered the pancakeS with Nutella from the menu we were handed. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this place what we got and what we paid for was not worth it."

"From the outside you wouldn't think there's a full deli service inside, but walk inside and you feel like you've been transported to a New York bodega. Half the store is your traditional corner convenience store and the other half is the deli area. They have a lot of sandwich options to choose from plus meats and breads. Their drink selection in the convenience store area was really vast and unique too.I got The J sandwich which comes with chicken, Chipotle gouda cheese, avocado, and chipotle j sauce. It also comes with your choice of Mac salad or potato salad, so I chose the Mac. The sandwich was solid and had a lot of things that I like. However I felt that the sauce could've used more of a flavor punch to really help differentiate the flavors. Ultimately I liked it but this is a case of the sandwich is less than the sum of its parts."

"Beer by the ounce, that you pour yourself...who needs a wine bar!? During Comic Con week they offer a special pared down menu, and it is still great! Huge burgers are more than satisfying, and the massive lumps of lobster in a roll are worth the visit. This is one of those places which help build a City's reputation as foodie friendly. They also welcome fur babies on the patio. Food to remember, beer your way, and partying with your pooch it is one place that makes San Diego great!"
