"What is there to get wrong when preparing mussels? ... a lot trust me! The perfect setting; a seafront view over Banyuls sur mer, in great company with fabulous May sunshine then the food arrives! You open your cooking pot and out wafts the most...noxious smell; inside cold, dry insipid looking mussels with a thick coating of what was described as sauce ... needless to say we requested to speak to the chef! A feeble excuse later and we left having paid nothing for the food; according to him the mussels were fresh that morning, other diners had remarked how delicious they were and the fact the mussels were stone cold was normal some apology for having nearly (of that I am convinced) poisoned us! The moral of the story; watch out for tourist traps (this is by far one of the worst I have come accross, and make sure you take a back up picnic; otherwise like us you risk spending the day starving!"

"Nous y sommes allés ,le personnel est sympa,la nourriture est bonne ,les salades que nous avions commandés sont bonnes.Nous y sommes retournés et y retournerons aux prochaines vacances dans le coin.La patronne est une personne très agréable ,très bon accueil,choses qui ne sont pas systématiques dans le commerce .Je recommande cet établissement !"

"Menu from noon for 18€. The plates are correct. Idem for the child menu. The only dish is in the salad (which I had taken as a single point), this one bathed in the vinaigrette. There's still a question of taste. A rather fast service."

"The menu for 29 euros was very delicious. It was somewhat irritating that the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. and the tables are covered from 20.30 p.m. Too bad, because the ambience is really beautiful."

"We stopped in during for lunch during a day at the beach and had great simple food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The children loved trying out their French and being given sun visors at the end of the meal. Definitely worth a visit for a lazy summers day."
