"Excellent food, waitstaff and ambiance. Great customer experience. The server appeared to be put off that I wasn't drinking anything but water but I think I paid by the bottle for that too, so not sure where if it was me or him in all honesty. Parking can be tight at times, but the space in each spot is good. I would return!"

"Love Latour, a gentle evening for just good food with my son. Good spot to relax and have a quiet dinner. I think that is the appeal for me. It is no rush, easy, fine service restaurant. The food is delicious, could be a bit hotter. But I love going to Latour."

"That was our restaurant in sisters for a great meal. we would be there twice in the month as a clockwork. filet, steak bites, kartoffel skins, caesar salad they used to rock it. one of the few places in central oregon, where I was able to look forward to a properly dressed ceasar and vegetables that were cooked for perfection. but running the time that old excuse from us have a personal shortage so that the service is delayed has somehow tired. you read the same old sign when you get in. I'm wrong, it's been there for 2 years? the service situation hasn't improved, in contrast, it has developed worse, and it feels like the management either doesn't know or not. We waited 40 minutes tonight. no menu, no beverage order, no confirmation. so we went. yes, I notice that restaurants continue to fight with the employee connection. Yeah, I know we're still in hard time. Yeah, I know there was a private party upstairs. but if you know you can't serve us, just say it. the eating two doors down was filled with happy people (including us) with many smiles and a attentive staff, so I am not sure that I am willing to accept the old excuses. next year we will try the sister saloon to see if they have improved. but for the rest of this year there are many other options."
