"We came here several times during our trip for sushi. Generous cuts and very fresh. We tried a sushi place in the hotel zone and the portions were tiny and double the price! Wazaaabi was a short taxi drive (30 pesos) from Plaza de las Americas in a small plaza with outdoor seating right next to Starbucks. Highly recommend!!"

"Great staff, great food and a wonderful price. The only odd thing is the parking. Hard to get out of here if there is a decent flow of traffic. Four rolls we had were great. Presentation was impressive too. If you like sushi, and we...eat sushi most places we travel, this is great."

"We had heard such great reviews of this new place so we were eager to go here. Made a reservation on our last night with our group of 8. The restaurant itself was very cute with a great lagoon view. We were greeted by the friendly owner and seated outside. She recommended the tuna tartare so we ordered it but found it to be extremely overseasoned and unable to enjoy the tuna. The Santa Agua salad and chicken fajitas had no flavor whatsoever. The Baguette sandwich was burnt! The only decent meal was pizza! When asked how our meal was we told the gentleman it was just okay. He checked in with the kitchen staff and returned to tell us that it was due to having a large group inside. I guess you should only go here when it isn't busy. We won't be back!"

"I had the chance to eat in sashimi sushi about a week ago. the place within the novo cancun development is somehow hard to find, but it is worth looking for. sashimi sushi is a real insider tip and convinced my but absolutely fresh ingredients and delicious. I ordered the salmon roll that was prepared at the same moment before my eyes. sashimi cancun is not a high-end Japanese restaurant. it is the perfect place for daily eating with an excellent quality. I would recommend this place to all my friends and my family."

"Went and ate at the Bana restaurant with Family that was new to seafood and sushi. The restaurant was very accommodating and our server Daniel was very prompt. He tended to our needs with a smile. There should be more servers like Daniel to enhance...the experience. We ate at this restaurant twice and was lucky to have him both times."
