"We're in Saint Hyacinthe the other week on business and on one evening we grabbed some diner at Super Sushi; the food was so good that I couldn't believe they were not listed on TripAdvisor so I added them in. As the title says, Super Sushi is in what I call the old downtown part of Saint Hyacinthe, close to the farmer market right on the corner of Saint-Antoine and Saint-Simon. It's a nice little place with a handful of tables and a very interesting menu of items. We ordered a number of rolls and sashimi and were very happy with what we had. The service was fast and friendly and the place was quite busy so I guess it's popular with the locals. I will be back to Super Sushi the next time I am in Saint Hyacinthe and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some good sushi."
