We're in Saint Hyacinthe the other week on business and on one evening we grabbed some diner at Super Sushi; the food was so good that I couldn't believe they were not listed on TripAdvisor so I added them in. As the title says, Super Sushi is in what I call the old downtown part of Saint Hyacinthe, close to the farmer market right on the corner of Saint-Antoine and Saint-Simon.
