"Lunch in the morning on a Tuesday and I was very surprised how many restaurants were closed. the central brasserie was occupied by French natives. the atmosphere is great and the service is impeccable. Unfortunately, eating was quite disappointing. it can be good...that I chose the wrong things from the menu-complete, with Euro supplement for the poelee de St.Jacques I chose to start the garnel and molken en shell with mayo. the main course, with the addition of euro above, was scallops, grilled garnels on the top of the tagliatelle in a cream sauce. the sose was, I fear, tasteless and unseasonal. the red wine saumur at euro) was very good. the atmosphere is brilliant, like the service. slick and efficient. will I have gone? yes, but I would certainly choose something else!"

"Nous avons déjeuné au Cosmos juste quelques jours après l'ouverture, à l'occasion d'un week-end en Normandie. Ma femme étant d'origine sénégalaise, elle était à la fois impatiente de goûter les plats mais aussi exigeante sur la cuisine. Le résultat est sans appel, c'est excellent. Pastels en entrée (très bonnes sauces). Puis tieboudienne pour madame et brochettes sauce Yassa (citron oignons) pour ma part. Les plats sont à la fois traditionnels et adaptés à la gastronomie européenne, notamment en ce qui concerne le dressage. Des petits détails à peaufiner sur l'organisation (le restaurant avait 10j), mais l'important est dans les assiettes et c'est sans faute de ce point de vue."

"Amis frimeurs, ce lieu n'est pas pour vous.Ici, tout est simplicité.L'accueil est chaleureux, le cadre sympathique, le service irréprochable, la cuisine de qualité sans ostentation (on ne dessine pas des oeuvres d'art immortelles avec une coulure de sauce) et le rapport qualité/prix est assez rare. Les séniors (comme on dit maintenant) retrouveront, ici, l'ambiance des "relais routiers" de leur jeunesse. Quoi qu'il en soit, si vous n'êtes pas "bling-bling" arrêtez-vous. Vous ne le regretterez pas."
