"Oh man... I had a pound of wings and fries for 14.50 ! The wings were just below average, hard and over cooked and only 8 small ones. The menu said Buffalo wings so one congers up ideas of being big..... NOT to be. The fries were tired and luke warm as was the wings. Both had been sitting somewhere. I think in the kitchen as the wait staff was pre occupied with other tables. Other tables got served their food before ours and we ordered before them ! Along with the wings and tired fries I had a deep fried Mars bar with ice cream and whip cream, thought I'd splurge in Cochrane ! For 8.50 I was expecting something wonderful.....NOT to be. Gooey and tired. The ice cream and whip cream was ok. Nobody can screw up those two items as they come from a container. I also had a glass of white milk and it was expensive too. Total of my bill was 30.00 + 3.00 tip. She was lucky to get that much..... poor service and my friend couldn't eat her wings and they would do NOTHING to correct it. They were too hot when they were suppose to be mild. Another friend tried one and he likes hot, well those wings were definitely hot and his face started to heat up and taste buds were going flat. I was very disappointed that they didn't offer to correct the food order or at least comp the food as her fries were even more tired than mine."

"Arrived around 930pm after driving for hours, looking for quick place to eat. Walked in this place smelled like sewer!! Host was very rude so much so my wife actually told her your being rude with our 3 young children present. Not many choices in this town but should have been way better. Place was a mess as well with staff standing around and laughing. Would not recommend Timmies is across the street."

"My wife and I have had another great meal at My Greek Plate. We only went in for appetizers but the staff always make us feel welcome. The staff are always welcoming, smiling and willing to help out. We always enjoy our visits with Yanni and his family (staff) at My Greek Plate."

"The smoke from the forest fires wasn't that bad on the Saturday we visited so we walked around and stepped into the inviting pub atmosphere. Hostess thankfully seated us at a table from which the CFL game was visible. Service was excellent and the pub was not too busy but starting to fill up. Good selection of wine, beer and other drinks. We ordered the salad with the salmon and a burger with a soup for myself. The soup was excellent and the burger was tasty. The salad was fresh and filling. We have eaten here before and have not been disappointed."

"My bf and I went on a snowmobile trip in Cochrane, and stayed close by this place. It was nice to be able to actually dine in the restaurant. He had the ribs and said they were amazing, I had the chicken fingers and was...very pleased as well. The staff was great. Overall good experience would go back :"
