The service at this restaurant was not up to standard. The staff was extremely rude and ignored my request for the manager's contact information, claiming they did not have it.

The restaurant offers excellent cuisine, a great staff, and delicious hot food. The surroundings are clean with interesting decor. The service is prompt and friendly.

We visited Harvey's with small children for lunch. The service was extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. It took over 30 minutes to order and receive our order. After paying for our order, we were told the slushy machine was broken. The kids were not too happy about that. Food was mediocre. Kids meals are very pricey. Especially just for a hotdog combo!

This place is tiny with the order counter very close to the front door. The food is Harvey's food but the girl at the counter was very, very grumpy! I actually asked her why she was so grumpy. She said she wasn't but she sure acted different after I said something!
