"Once in a while I crave Taco Time so I go here. Food is always fine but always cold so I bring it home and warm in up. Service is always kinda unfriendly....like you are disturbing them, and everytime I order mexi fries, they are...forgotten and I have to remind them when I pay."

"When I lived in Courtenay this was our go to restaurant for breakfast. My favourite is the bennies with bacon and tomato. The hollandaise sauce is homemade and its served with fresh pan fried potatoes and fruit. On recent visit back to Courtenay this place was on my list and the food did not disappoint."

"Food Review: 1X chicken and 1x beef/lamb. Essentially what you receive are two large ?taco? style pita wraps, in parchment paper and then wrapped in tinfoil. I think the biggest overall issue here stems right from the beginning: the style of delivery.There is no ?wrap? whatsoever, and all the ingredients and sauce constantly fall out of the top, front and back. The tomatoesand beef/lamb are cut much too large and the chicken and beef/lamb were underwhelming. The chicken is particularlydisappointing. When I think Greek chicken I think olive oil marinated chicken oozing with flavour, spice, and lemon.Unfortunately here we have dry, tasteless, pulled chicken. I don?t mean to be harsh or critical but this is very disappointingfood. Having moved here from Vancouver this town is missing a Shawarma place desperately but unfortunately Yummies Gyrosdoesn?t fit the bill. I recognize that this is Greek, and not Lebanese, Turkish, or Iranian, but at the end of the day, I justwant a good chicken wrap. I won?t be back"

"Great food. Love buck a shuck although wish they'd bring back the free condiments with that appy. Kale Caesar salad is amazing. The mushroom Poutine is awesome. Drinks selection is incredible. Great food. On the river. Try and get the patio if you can. If you're in Comox you should definitely try this place. You'll be happy you did."

"This is the first time I've ever felt the need to write a review. This place isn't worth going to. First of all they dont except anything but cash, extremely inconvenient and shady. The food was overcooked and tasteless with very little in the means of portion size. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere."

"We ordered in three large Pizzas. With tax and tip it was 90 plus dollars. A bit pricey but very good. Islander Pizza is always excellent. Fresh ingredients and lots of them. We have tried them all, but ordering in Islander is hard to beat."
