What Heather M likes about Pho Maple Noodle:
A small family run restaurant that serve great Vietnamese/Chinese food. The salad rolls, spring rolls and wantons are made in house. The wanton and the spicy curry chicken soups are large enough to share but are so good you won't want to. Weather we eat there or have take out there is always enough food for left overs. What GuinJo doesn't like about Pho Maple Noodle:
First time visiting, far from first time having Vietnamese cuisine. Server lovely, food complete disappointment. Had lemongrass chicken, charbroiled pork with noodles and Vietnamese hot coffees. Tiny chicken slivers, mini deep fried spring roll on top of huge pile of noodles. Charbroiled pork was thin and crispy like bacon, again with mini spring roll and huge pile of noodles. Spicy ginger beef and dumplings are the way to goSo hot but so good, and the sauce that comes with the dumplings is amazing.
Number 21 was not good at all Cold congealed rice noodles with 4 tiny dried out pieces of chicken and 1 spring roll which was the size of a golf pencil
