"I read some previous reviews about this place and have to say disregard the bad ones about it being too expensive and the service being slow. I have to say the arepa mix of beef chicken and sausage was amazing and the service is great and if you sit in a fast food restaurant for 30 minutes without calling a server over then.....I would definitely recommend it. I have posted the menu so you can see how cheap it is."

"Only a few blocks away from Holiday Inn or less than 10 minutes away from the Hyatt, you'll find this discrete although quite tasty spanish restaurant. Even if the atmosphere is not the most festive one, their seafood is extremely good and quite affordable. Don't...forget to ask for several tapas as appetizer (tortilla española and grilled octopus were excelent) before your main meal (we had an outstanding Cazuela de Mariscos). Highly recommended!"

"I had so much fun and good food at this restaurant that I visited it on four nights! It has live music many nights, and at other times features old music videos of jazz, rock and pop groups.But the main attractions for both me and my son, who have been to Germany and Austria many times, were the ample varieties of German food and imported Paulaner bier, in severall styles. I enjoyed wiener schnitzel, sauerbraten, goulasch, and various wursts, along with red cabbage, spaetzles. kraut and even potato pancakes, with cherry or apple strudel for dessert!The restaurant is owned by a German immigrant, whose family lives upstairs, and keeps a watchful eye on things!"

"We loved this restaurant. As soon as you come in they want to know what country(ies) you are from so they can put a welcoming flag on your table. There was live music that everybody enjoyed; it was a four-person band that you could always...hear but was never so loud that it prevented you from having a conversation. The food cooked on the grill was delicious. I got grilled chicken and steak (mixto); a friend got the largest steak I have ever seen, with a giant piece of sausage on top like a garnish. The sausage alone could have been a meal, but it was dwarfed by the steak. I wish I had a picture of it (I don 't remember the name) but my phone battery management was not very good by this point in the vacation. The staff is very attentive and considerate, and they were even kind enough to give our leftovers to some hungry Venezuelan refugees at our request. These refugee families are seen at various places throughout Cartagena, and their humanitarian plight should be humbling to those of us who are more fortunate. Best of all, they had America 's pastime showing on two large-screen TVs. We arrived at the bottom of the 8th inning of game 7 of the World Series, which is just about as much baseball as I need to see all year (though I understand it would have been a bit more exciting had we arrived at the top of the 7th). I highly recommend this restaurant. Our party found it when we got tired of walking in circles while looking for some other restaurant, and we 're glad we did!"
