"My family ordered from the Antonio’s on Chevy blvd for their late Christmas get together a few days ago. They placed the order on Tuesday for delivery at 7pm on Friday. The order was for a full sheet pizza with half pepperoni and half mushroom, a half tray of boneless wings (half garlic parm and half bbq) and a half tray of bone in wings (half garlic parm and half bbq). She prepaid $160 plus a $20 tip since it was such a large order. The first issue was they delivered the order a day earlier and the wrong time, on Thursday at noon. After a phone call, they apologized for the error and assured us the order would be delivered the next day at 7pm. On Friday, they delivered the order 45 minutes late and the order was wrong. They delivered a half sheet of cheese, instead of mushroom and only gave us bone in breaded wings with no sauce on them. We spent 10 minutes discussing options and sauces when ordering so the restaurant knew that the sauces were what we wanted. When we called to inform them of the error, we were promised they would fix the half sheet and the wings with sauces and have it to us within 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, we called back, and they said it was on its way. Another 45 minutes later (the order was being delivered 5 minutes from the pizza shop) we got a half sheet pizza with half pepperoni and mushroom (instead of half sheet mushroom only) and a 1/2 box of boneless bread crumbs and the few boneless breaded wings that were actually in the box were dry and overcooked. And AGAIN no sauce! When we tried to call back up there, no one answered. My girlfriends family went up there in person to complain and they told us there was nothing they can do. We have ordered from Antonios plenty of times for various parties, but never at this location. However, this treatment and total disregard for the customer will prevent us from EVER ordering from ANY Antonio’s again. You would think that you after spending $180 on food, we would have been treated better. And now we know to never give a generous tip until you know your order is correct!"

"I usually have no issue at all at this location as we frequent it often but for some reason today it was AWFUL to say the least. I waited at the window for 6 minutes before even being as to order. (Never even greeted me to say they someone would help mesoon or anything.....That should 've been my clue to keep moving. ???? After paying for my food, I sat another 13 minutes beforeI received my food. That 's right 19:34 to be exact!! I have pictures of my phone timer connected to my car, because my husbandhappened to call as I pulled up to the restaurant to verify how long this took. All I ordered was a Spaghetti with Meatballsmeal with a slice of pizza and a coke for my teenager! It 's almost as if they had to go pick it up from elsewhere to give itme. ...and to add insult to injury the cashier was as RUDE as they come. No customer service at all but as she handed my food tome made sure to smirk a, "Thank You! "Just absurd. People don 't have to eat at this restaurant you know!! One positive is thefood was hot ....even though my breadsticks were over cooked. ????"

"I had ordered a pizza and other pages. everything looked really good. I think they were very chincy on the paprika. that is not what a paprika pizza should look like. it looks shameful. the soße for the Parm reels/Raviolis was not to our pleasure and the cheese steak sub was ok, not good or great. none of them tasted good enough to reorder."

"I am a regular customer here and have been here for several years. Mohammad and the staff are all very friendly and professional, I never had a bad experience. Pizza and other food are all very good and ordered with short waiting time. The only bad thing I can say about the restaurant is that it's limited interiors, just a few tables. Definitely worth a visit if you like New York style pizza, although there are a number of other foods along with pizza as well."

"My husband and I ordered 2 chicken parm dinners for take out last evening. We were very disappointed. It tasted like it was made with a pound of salt. We were ubable to finish it. I called and spoke w the manager (Jessica? the following morning... altho she was apologetic she refused to compensate in any way d/t the fact that it was a grub hub gift card. I normally do not leave bad reviews but I am just shocked with such poor practice for this relatively new neighborhood restaurant. We will definitely not return.I should have read other reviews before ordering, sounds like extra sodium is a specialty."
